Innovative Learning

“Flipping the classroom” has become something of a buzzword in the last several years. With the technology revolving and empowered by our Adaptative Learning Platform, we practice the FLIP classroom and peer instruction in our learning.

Group children with similar learning interests and abilities in a flip classroom learning setting:

  • Provide an opportunity for students to gain first exposure to the learning materials;
  • Adaptative IT platform that allows each child to learn at an individual pace;
  • The student is mandatory to contribute to the class, improving their communication, speech, presentation skills, and learning.
  • We have an OCT or Algorithmics certified instructor to lead/facilitator the small group of students

Online + Offline

We strongly believe in the Blended learning approach, which is empowered by the highly Adaptative platform. The approach combines offline and online instruction to interact with our instructor, the material, and other students.

Mixing online and offline teaching, it is possible to take advantage of both methodologies, among which the following stand out:

  • Greater time flexibility;
  • Decreases the need for mobility;
  • Enables the development of collective dynamics;
  • Decreases costs;
  • We schedule three online with one offline session for every month(* as the pandemic situation allowed).

Payless for More

The Learning platform empowers us, and it enabled us to adopt Blending learning without losing the quality. We save the cost, and we like to pay back to our community.

  • We charge a reasonable rate based on our cost;
  • We have a sibling program which makes our program more affordable to multi-kids family;
  • We are running the ACCEL BCC/Math club free of charge to students (* the student need to qualify and pass our assessments).

We Need Your Help

We are hiring for Math and Coding Instructor and Assistant and Volunteer

Responsiblites:
  • Conduct classes for up to 6 students per class using methodological material and algorithmics techniques
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of friendly teamwork among the student
  • Monitor the quality of the educational process
  • Support the children and their parents, provide educational feedback
  • Resolve and prevent conflict situations with parents and children based on company standards
  • Adequately prepare for each program by reading curriculum, watching training videos for training sessions

Who Are We Looking For:
  • Graduated from or current students enrolled in a post secondary program related to computer science. Engineering, math or data science
  • Enjoys working with children or adolescents
  • Past experience working with children is preferred (ie. Tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, volunteering events)
  • STEM background preferred
  • Must provide own police security check at time of job offer
Responsiblites:
  • Help instructor in the classes for up to 12 students per class using methodological material and algorithmics techniques
  • Help to maintain an atmosphere of friendly teamwork among the students
  • Assistant the instructor to upport the students in class as needed
