Students and minors

Accel Thinking is designed for families and students. For trial lessons, assessments, and enrollment-related communication, we expect a parent or guardian to provide or approve the information submitted for a minor student.

We do not knowingly request sensitive personal information from students that is not needed for learning guidance, assessment, scheduling, or program support.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, forms, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, scheduling, and learning operations. These providers may process information only as needed to support Accel Thinking services.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a lawful request.

SMS privacy notice

Accel Thinking uses mobile phone numbers and SMS consent choices only to send the message categories selected by the user, such as class schedules, reminders, cancellations, enrollment, account updates, and separately selected promotional messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention and choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, learning support, records, legal obligations, and service improvement. Parents or guardians may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable.
